DEADLINE! Last day to register at a lower cost!
REMINDER: Today is the last day to register a team at the discounted cost of $50. Tomorrow the price goes back up to the normal cost of $100 per team. This is a great way for you to register 2 teams for the price of 1. Don't wait to register because you want to collect the $50, you can pay the fee at a later date. Team Registration Party TOMORROW!
REMINDER: if you weren't able to make it to the Kick off and register, no worries! We will have a team registration party Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at 5:45 p.m. at the Allstate Office. 914 Molalla Avenue, Suite 102, Oregon City, Oregon. There will be several computers available, refreshments, and team captain packets. Hope to see you there!

Thank you!
We had a great Kick off party yesterday. We now have 20 teams registered, have raised $2635, and have 46 participants registered. 2011 is off to a great start! Great job everyone!

KICK OFF TIME 1/22/2010 @ 10:00 am
It's Kick Off Time!!!
When: Saturday January 22, 2011 10:00am to 12:00pm
Where: Abernathy Center, Oregon City (606 15th st. Oregon City, 97045)
What's kick off?
It's a time to register yourself and or a team, pick up your team captain packets, get luminaria bags and learn all about relay. This will be an open house style this year.

First Team Captain's Meeting/Party! 1/18 @ 6:10 pm
Good Afternoon,
I wanted to personally invite you to the Team Captain party next Tuesday, January 18, 6:10 p.m.
We are having refreshments, 3 prize drawings and a lot of fun planned for the evening. I will have the team captain packets available for any team that has already registered. We are having a contest that starts with this first team captain event. If you come to all team captain meetings and you register 10 survivors by bank night your name will be entered into a drawing on bank night for 2nd pick of campsites. I know how important it is to get that perfect site. So mark your calendar for next Tuesday......
Remember, we are offering a special $50 team registration. If you are planning on having more than 1 team you can register 2 for the price of 1. This is a great deal. You can get your team registered early so your team members can get started raising funds.
For all teams registered prior to Kick-off January 22, 2011 their name will be entered into a special prize drawing which will be held at kick-off. We are having an open-house for Kick-off this year with information, prize drawing, refreshments, registartion, and of course your team captain kits.
We already have 7 teams registered and have raised $1,840. Our goal this year is 60 teams and $82,000. I know I can count on you to help make this happen. Help me make the goal of 20 teams by January 18th and 30 teams by January 22nd. Let's make 2011 The Best Relay for Oregon City/West Linn.
Kim Hopper and Ofelia McMenamy are my co-chairs this year and we have a lot of ideas to help you with your team and your fundraising.
We are also planning team registration parties to help you get your team members registered.
I look forward to working with you again this year and making your team a success.
